Hi, I'm Holly Sherman
Instructional Designer | eLearning Developer
I grew up in a small town in Northern California, where my parents instilled in me a love for learning and a passion for creating with whatever materials were at hand. This fostered a natural curiosity for troubleshooting and problem-solving. Along with this, they nurtured in me a deep sense of spirituality and a strong desire to give back to my community. Whatever I pursue, I do it wholeheartedly.
I excelled in school and graduated Magna Cum Laude from the University of San Diego. One of my greatest
strengths was intuitively understanding what my professors were asking for and then going above and beyond, exceeding expectations. After college, I became a teacher and worked with all ages (including adults) to ensure that each group I worked with received an excellent education. I constantly pushed myself to learn new technology and try outside-the-box strategies.
With my diverse background and the skills I've developed through the Applied Instructional Design Academy, I am proud to call myself an Instructional Designer. I love to solve business problems and close gaps for organizations. I am passionate about designing and developing engaging learning experiences for organizations that truly make a difference.
