Purpose: The goal of this video was to create an engaging, gamified sales training experience that helps learners build real-world selling skills through interactive, scenario-based decision-making. Designed for corporate sales teams, Sales Quest aims to increase learner motivation, improve retention, and accelerate performance on the job by simulating common sales challenges in a safe, practice-driven environment. Key learning objectives included building rapport, handling objections, and closing deals using client-centered strategies.
Gamification elements—such as points, badges, and progression levels—were integrated to increase engagement and provide immediate, motivating feedback. The experience is ideal for both onboarding new sales professionals and reinforcing best practices with experienced reps.
Process: This project followed the ADDIE model and began with a targeted needs analysis of sales team challenges and performance goals. I collaborated with subject matter experts to identify realistic sales scenarios and critical decision points based on common workplace interactions.
Once learning objectives were finalized, I developed a storyboard outlining each scenario, interactive prompt, and feedback response. I wrote dialogue and narration to reflect conversational, learner-friendly language while maintaining instructional clarity.
The visuals were designed using a combination of Vyond for animation and Canva for design assets. The audio was scripted and recorded to match the pacing and tone of a high-energy, game-style experience. All content was tested for clarity, accessibility, and learner engagement.

Purpose: This animated explainer was designed to introduce corporate L&D professionals to the core principles of Andragogy, Malcolm Knowles’ adult learning theory. The goal was to make foundational instructional design concepts—such as self-direction, goal alignment, and relevance—both accessible and immediately applicable to workplace training contexts.
By focusing on real-world application and visual storytelling, the video helps stakeholders and instructional designers understand how to create more effective, learner-centered training for adult audiences. It also serves as a versatile resource for onboarding new IDs, presenting at workshops, or educating clients on best practices.
Process: This project followed a structured design approach aligned with the ADDIE model, beginning with topic research and audience analysis. I curated credible academic and industry sources to extract practical, high-impact principles of adult learning.
Next, I developed a 10-scene storyboard to balance conceptual depth with visual engagement. Each principle of andragogy was translated into an animated scene featuring workplace-relevant visuals, clear narration, and compelling pacing. I wrote the script in a concise, conversational tone to appeal to busy professionals while maintaining instructional rigor.
